ADSL Internet requires an ADSL line as well as the ADSL data package

The line determines the speed of the connection and the data package determines your fair usage download profile.

ADSL is a shared infrastructure, therefore users in the same area share the same “internet bandwidth”; however fair usage distributes the available bandwidth in accordance to the fair usage profile (capped users and higher speed users get higher preference) and by penalizing users that abuse the internet.
